Important Information - Fraud and Virus Protection

We have been informed that fraudulent emails wth the subject "DHL tracking number" are being mass distributed. The email informs the recipient that DHL tried to send a package to the recipient but has an incorrect address. The email instructs the recipient to print out an appended invoice, and to collect the parcel from a DHL office.

Instead of an attached invoice, the email contains a suspected virus. Please delete the email immediately. If you doubt the authenticity of a notification message, please contact your local DHL Customer Service team at +63 2 811 7000 for verification.

Please note that all DHL correspondences contain valid airway bills and tracking numbers; and all email addresses will contain the DHL domain name (nameofsender@dhl.com). DHL takes customer relationships seriously but cannot take responsibility for the actions of unauthorized third parties.
