RECRUITMENT MANAGER
Job Purpose
This role is responsible for professionally managing the recruitment function that enables DHL to continuously improve the quality of staff to meet its resourcing requirements for today and the future. The incumbent will source candidates through innovative and cost effective means that strengthens DHL's position as a preferred employer. Will report directly to the National HR Manager. No direct reports.

- Facilitation and training skills (excellent)
- Project management skills
- Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent language skills (English and local language)
Work Experience
- 3-5 years relevant HR experience.
Educational Qualification
- Degree in related course
- Professional HR affiliations (HR Institute of Management or equivalent)
- Psychometric Testing and Assessment Centre qualifications
