1. This promotion runs from 15 July to 30 August 2005, and is strictly open to new DHL Global Mail customers in Philippines only.
2. This promotion is valid for DHL Global Mail shipments made from 15 July to 30 August 2005. For every DHL Global Mail shipment, the account holder is entitled to one chance to win a trip for two to Sydney Australia.
3. All eligible DHL Global Mail shipments will automatically be included in this promotion. No separate submission is necessary.
4. 1 winner will be determined solely by means of a computer draw on 15 September 2005 from all correct entries. The results are final and no correspondence will be entertained. Flights must be used before April 31, 2006
5. Results of the draw will be posted on www.dhl.com.ph and published in DHLs bi-monthly newsletter, Customer Update (Jul/Aug).
6. The winner will be notified within two (2) weeks of the draw date. Only eligible account holders will be notified.
7. All prizes are non-exchangeable for cash, non-refundable and non-transferable except at the sole discretion of DHL Express (Phils.) Corporation. DHL reserves the right to substitute the prizes for gifts of similar of higher value.
8. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to DHL Express (Phils.) Corporation and its agencies to use the winner name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
