DHL Participate in the Philippine International Logistics Conference

DHL, the world's leading express and logistics company, together with business units DHL Excel and DHL Global Forwarding, supported the domestic logistics industry's 2007 Philippine International Logistics Conference at the World Trade Center. The two-day conference, which focused on "Logistics Management," aimed to optimize the operations of logistics specialists and companies to better serve clients and be more globally competitive. Among those who shared industry insights was DHL deputy country manager Christophe Piganiol. Piganiol informed attendees of the issues and converns associated with multi-enterprising supply chains. He also stressed to conference attendees that logistics operations should be adaptable, agile and aligned. Piganiol warned attendees of the industry's unpredictable landscape. He challenged logistics personnel to modify supply chain operations according to the current needs of the market. This adaptability will ensure increased or maintained productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
