No matter what products you are selling, DHL supports all types of service: repair and return, product exchanges, advanced replacements and on-site repair. We offer all types of service fulfilment levels, from economical scheduled service to mission critical same-day deliveries with lead times as short as one, two and four hours. At DHL, we aim to optimise your reverse supply chain by providing screening, testing and even depot repairs. We can proactively manage your aftermarket business through our integrated 24 hours-a-day, seven days-a-week Logistics Customer Service Centres.

Service Parts Logistics

At DHL we offer a global provision of service parts to end customers and field engineers. Whether it be for mission critical on-site intervention with shortest lead times or for scheduled maintenance: we will manage the end-to-end service parts supply chain 24 hours-a-day, seven days-a-week ensuring that your assets are efficiently employed.

Exchange Logistics

At DHL we will manage product exchanges at a central depot, through swapping items at point of sale or through time critical advanced replacements on-site. We manage the substitution of defective products as a whole, including updating, upgrading and configuration of products prior to dispatch.

Return Logistics

DHL also offers a wealth of experience in managing the return of goods, from basic return for repair fulfilment using efficient low-cost resources to express repair programmes all with a transition time of three to five working days. We provide a full suite of solutions optimised to meet budgetary and service level requirements. NDF testing and depot repair services can also be provided.
